Annual billing is 20% off any plan. Switch plans anytime, pro-rated. Memory is the number that matters: it's how much your host can hold open at once — apps, sidecars, and your data's working set. CPU is uncapped burst on every plan.

Your keys, your models

Inference isn't part of your subscription, and it isn't a product we sell. Connect your Claude subscription, your OpenRouter key, or a model you host yourself — your host routes to them directly, and you pay those providers on their terms. Embeddings run the same way, on an endpoint you choose. We're a network, not a middleman: no token meter, no markup, no credit balance we invented.

The one metered rate

Some work wants more machines than your host. Coding harnesses, vscode sessions, dev servers — your host pulls them on demand, they run as separate sandboxes, and they meter at $0.05 per vCPU-hour, per second, from a prepaid wallet. Stop them and the meter stops. Every plan pays the same rate and can pull as many as it wants — a Solo host can run the same parallel build a Pro-Heavy can; the plan sizes your machine, not your ambition.

• Coding builds. In your own host, included. Fan out to extra sandboxes and they meter per second.
• Web hosting. A free *.dev.ceigas.ai subdomain with any paid plan; custom domains on Pro and up.
• Coming as monthly add-ons. Hosted domains and production web hosting for the apps you publish — priced separately when they ship.

Pause

Pause your subscription up to three months a year. The container hibernates, data preserved, no monthly charge while paused. Fast resume when you come back. Hibernation is built into the platform — it's product, not a billing accommodation.

What you never pay extra for

• Tokens. Inference and embeddings run on your own keys and endpoints. We have no token meter.
• Bursts. CPU spikes ride into spare capacity. Your own machine is never billed by the minute.
• Container updates. Rolled automatically.
• Reading your own data. Memory recall, audit log, backup status — included.
• Pause-month storage. Hibernated containers don't accrue storage fees.

FAQ

• What does the monthly price cover?
  Your always-on host — memory, storage, the network edge, and the certificate and audit infrastructure that keeps it yours. The tier sets how much your host can hold open at once; CPU bursts free on every plan.
• How do I pay for the model?
  You already do — through your Claude subscription, your OpenRouter key, or a model you host yourself. Privatae never bills tokens and is never in that billing path.
• What actually meters?
  Only extra machines you pull on demand — build sandboxes, vscode sessions, dev servers — at $0.05 per vCPU-hour, per second, from your prepaid wallet. Your own host never meters.
• How does Team bill?
  A flat $100/mo org base — the manager role, the org network, shared endpoints and model routes — plus $40/mo per seat, three seats minimum. Every seat is a full host; the whole team meters from one shared wallet.
• Can I switch plans mid-month?
  Yes. Pro-rated against the day. No fee.
• What if I cancel?
  The unused time in your billing period is refunded to your card automatically — no questions asked. Two weeks in, you get two weeks back. Refund policy.
• What happens to my data when I pause?
  The container hibernates. Disk, database, and memory preserved. No backup fees during pause.
