Refund policy

Cancel anytime, no questions asked. When you cancel a plan, the unused time in your current billing period is refunded to your payment method automatically — if you're two weeks into a month, you get the remaining two weeks back. The same rule applies to annual plans, prorated over the year.

How it works

Cancel from your account page. The refund is calculated on the spot from the time remaining in your period, shown to you before you confirm, and issued to the original payment method. Your host hibernates and your data is preserved for 90 days — resubscribe within that window and it wakes up exactly where you left off.

Top-up credit

Top-ups are dollar-denominated and never expire. Unused top-up credit is refundable on request — same no-questions policy.
